About me

I’m an entrepreneur, speaker, and passionate advocate for empowering neurodiverse individuals and promoting inclusivity in business. As the founder of DEVA, a specialist neurodiversity VA business, I’m dedicated to providing tailored VA services that support neurodiverse professionals in navigating their unique challenges. At DEVA, our focus is on delivering personalised support that enables clients to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

I also co-founded the NeuroHub VA Network, a platform that connects neurodiverse individuals with specialised VAs. Through NeuroHub, we aim to extend the reach of our mission by creating a supportive network that fosters understanding and neuro-affirmative practices across industries.

My work centres around breaking down barriers, challenging misconceptions about neurodiversity, and creating environments where everyone can succeed. With years of experience in supporting neurodiverse communities and advocating for inclusive practices, I bring valuable insights and a fresh perspective to every initiative, speaking engagement, and project.

My work goes beyond neurodiversity advocacy; I’m also deeply involved in promoting women’s empowerment, especially around International Women’s Day (IWD). I regularly organise events and initiatives that celebrate IWD, focusing on empowering women, sharing valuable resources, and creating opportunities for growth. I’m committed to inspiring and supporting women in business, encouraging them to break barriers and succeed.

  • Working with Donna is a square peg in a square hole. It’s what I imagine it feels like if I had a second pair of arms. And, with a neurodiverse brain like mine that’s the best thing I could wish for. With Donna’s help I’m more organised, I’m calmer and I know I’m supported whenever I need it. I can thrive in all of my endeavours - I’ve not always felt like that - but because I’ve got Donna’s support, I believe it now.

  • Donna has been an absolute Angel in so many ways. She was recommended to me by one of my clients and as soon as I met her via Zoom, I knew she was one of those people that you could trust 100% and would also be kind and patient with me. She is calm, considered, intelligent and seems to be able to handle anything. Running a business when you have ADHD can be brilliant but also challenging and sharing your struggles can feel exposing, but I only felt supported by Donna. Applying for an AtW grant can feel intimidating, but she helped me with the whole process, and I probably wouldn't have done it without her.

With her tailored support and organisational skills, tasks that once felt overwhelming are now a breeze. Highly recommend Donna for her professionalism, compassion, and transformative impact!
