About me
I specialise in providing personalised virtual assistant (VA) services designed to support entrepreneurs, business leaders, and organisations in optimising their workflows, improving efficiency, and creating inclusive, productive work environments. As the founder of DEVA, a specialist neurodiversity VA business, I offer customised support that caters to both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, ensuring that everyone can work in a way that best suits their strengths. At DEVA, our focus is on delivering personalised support that enables clients to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
I also co-founded the NeuroHub VA Network, a platform that connects neurodiverse individuals with specialised VAs who understand their unique needs. However, my work extends beyond neurodiversity, I support anyone seeking a more effective, tailored approach to managing their business, whether they are neurodiverse or neurotypical. By understanding individual work styles, I help my clients streamline operations, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable business practices.
My work centres around breaking down barriers, challenging misconceptions about neurodiversity, and creating environments where everyone can succeed. With years of experience in supporting neurodiverse communities and advocating for inclusive practices, I bring valuable insights and a fresh perspective to every initiative, speaking engagement, and project.
I’m also deeply involved in promoting women’s empowerment, especially around International Women’s Day (IWD). I regularly organise events and initiatives that celebrate IWD, focusing on empowering women, sharing valuable resources, and creating opportunities for growth. I’m committed to inspiring and supporting women in business, encouraging them to break barriers and succeed.
