About me

I specialise in providing personalised Virtual Assistant (VA) support that helps individuals and businesses work with greater clarity, structure and confidence. As the founder of DEVA, I bring over 25 years of experience in executive and operational support, partnering with ambitious professionals, leaders and organisations who value having a trusted, capable right hand by their side.

Organisation has always been my strength. I genuinely enjoy bringing calm to busy environments, untangling complexity and creating order where things feel stretched. Whether it’s protecting your time, managing priorities or quietly keeping everything moving behind the scenes, my role is to make your professional life feel lighter, more focused and more manageable.

My background spans executive PA support, project coordination and stakeholder liaison across business, education and community settings. I understand how demanding leadership and business ownership can be, and I pride myself on being proactive, discreet and dependable, someone who anticipates what’s needed and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

While I have specialist expertise in neurodiversity informed support, my work is ultimately about people. I take the time to understand how you work best, what drains your energy and what allows you to thrive. Together, we create systems and routines that feel supportive, sustainable and aligned with your goals.

Alongside my work with DEVA, I’m deeply passionate about women’s empowerment, particularly around International Women’s Day. I regularly organise and support initiatives that celebrate women in business, create space for honest conversation and encourage growth and confidence. Supporting women to step forward, break barriers and succeed on their own terms is something I care about deeply, both professionally and personally.

At its core, my work is about partnership. I’m here to provide the structure and steady support behind the scenes, so individuals and businesses can focus on leading, creating and growing with confidence.

  • Working with Donna is a square peg in a square hole. It’s what I imagine it feels like if I had a second pair of arms. And, with a neurodiverse brain like mine that’s the best thing I could wish for. With Donna’s help I’m more organised, I’m calmer and I know I’m supported whenever I need it. I can thrive in all of my endeavours - I’ve not always felt like that - but because I’ve got Donna’s support, I believe it now.

  • Donna has been an absolute Angel in so many ways. She was recommended to me by one of my clients and as soon as I met her via Zoom, I knew she was one of those people that you could trust 100% and would also be kind and patient with me. She is calm, considered, intelligent and seems to be able to handle anything. Running a business when you have ADHD can be brilliant but also challenging and sharing your struggles can feel exposing, but I only felt supported by Donna. Applying for an AtW grant can feel intimidating, but she helped me with the whole process, and I probably wouldn't have done it without her.

  • Donna has been a game-changer for our team! Her expertise in neurodiversity is unmatched, and she has created a more inclusive and productive work environment. With her tailored support and organisational skills, tasks that once felt overwhelming are now a breeze. Highly recommend Donna for her professionalism, compassion, and transformative impact!

  • Before working with Donna I had no work boundaries. I would misremember deadlines, so needed to work every weekend and in the evenings. She has single handedly given me back my work life balance.
